Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, financial advisors, and referral partners
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing
- Recommend loan products that best fit each client's financial goals
- Maintain consistent communication with borrowers, Realtors, processors, and underwriters
- Develop and manage an active pipeline of purchase and refinance transactions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and investor lending guidelines
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
Qualifications
- Active NMLS License required
- Licensed in Massachusetts or New Hampshire
- Mortgage origination experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, and HELOC loan products
- Passion for helping clients achieve homeownership
