NextGen Logistix is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive Delivery Operations Dispatcher to coordinate daily delivery operations on a four-day work week schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, and adjust delivery routes using Amazon dispatch systems (Cortex, Flex, etc.)
- Monitor drivers throughout the day for progress, delays, and compliance
- Provide real-time support to drivers via phone and text.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues including undeliverable packages, vehicle issues, and route deviations
- Track and report attendance, call-outs, and late arrivals
- Ensure drivers follow Amazon safety policies and DSP procedures
- Monitor key performance metrics (OTR, DCR, rescues, returns)
- Coordinate rescues optimize and reassign routes as needed
- Communicate with Amazon station leadership regarding operational issues
- Complete end-of-day reports and ensure all routes are closed properly
- Support load-out and RTS (Return to Station) processes when needed
- Support fleet operations by tracking and coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules and reporting issues promptly.
Experience & Qualifications Preferred
- Proven experience in dispatching within a logistics or delivery environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret delivery data and identify improvements
- Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment

Starting Salary $50K/Annually
