Business Associate - Entry Level

We are a business development firm representing Kinetic Fiber, and we're looking for a Business Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, individuals with customer service experience, or anyone looking to build professional skills in business, communication, and leadership.

As a Business Associate, you'll work directly with customers to understand their connectivity needs and introduce Kinetic Fiber solutions that improve how they work, stream, game, and stay connected. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll develop skills in customer relations, account management, and business development while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities of the Business Associate

• Meet with customers to discuss their internet and connectivity needs.
• Guide customers through Kinetic account setup, service registration, and installation scheduling.
• Build positive relationships by delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services and account upgrades.
• Maintain accurate customer information and assist with account-related questions.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team goals.
• Continuously develop communication, business, and leadership skills through training.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with people.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
