Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of overall IT/project management experience, with significant SAP program/project management experience.
- 5 7 years of experience managing SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects on RISE with SAP / SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream SAP implementations.
- Experience managing global or geographically distributed SAP teams.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, implementation lifecycle, and integration dependencies.
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or equivalent SAP project management tools.
- Experience with project planning and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, risk management, issue management, and executive reporting.
- Experience managing implementation partners and third-party vendors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.
