We are seeking a Senior Technical Deployment Manager (DM) to support SSA application releases, environment management, and DevOps automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities 
Oversee deployment and validation of SSA application releases and system enhancements.
Oversee troubleshooting of environment issues in dev/test environments.
Plan and coordinate with I/T organizations, trading partners, vendors, and consultants.
Drive environment demand planning, new environment standups, refactoring, and reconfiguration.
Lead IT sprints to improve environment delivery through automation and standardization.
Utilize Agile development, backlog grooming, user story development.
Lead and triage troubleshooting sessions, perform root cause analysis.
Hands-on experience with monitoring/APM tools: Splunk, Dynatrace.
Provide workday night/weekend on-call support for environment triage.
Produce critical and complex reports on CI/CD pipeline, environment usage, and technology proposals.
Provide Scrum Master support, resolve impediments, mentor staff, maintain team productivity.
Maintain IT DevOps roadmap and attend IT governance meetings.

 Minimum Requirements

8 years Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
8 years Supporting and training end users on all levels.
8 years Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration Delivery models.
5 years Managing large software development projects.
5 years with SCRUM/AGILE methodologies (enterprise-level).
Knowledge of PMLC/SDLC and experience overseeing multi-function project teams.

PMP
3 years experience with large development projects using Agile methodology
