We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (BA) to join our team in supporting the setup of a custom benefits application system for the upcoming year. This role will focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and enhance the system by adding new vendors for benefits such as healthcare, vision, dental, and medicines. The BA will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications for the development team, ensuring the smooth integration and functionality of the new systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Work as a member of an Agile product team, collaborating with Digital Product Management, Technology, and other divisional stakeholders.
- Support and integrate multiple business processes related to benefits, including vendor additions, feature development, and process changes.
- Create, maintain, and review business process models, data flows, use cases, and test cases to facilitate the development process.
- Translate business use cases and stories into technical requirements for the development team.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and execute user stories and features of varying complexity.
- Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Manage relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring seamless integration of new benefits offers into the system.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of system and data solutions.
