Position Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner collaborates with business leaders and hiring managers on recruitment and selection for open positions across the company while proactively sourcing for future staffing needs. This role manages complex roles such as Sales, IT, Management, and niche positions, along with a high-volume requisition load. The Sr. TA Partner is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, elevating candidate quality, enhancing the candidate experience, and partnering with HR to improve talent acquisition workflows.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding of talent.
- Proactively source and network talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted talent advisor.
- Manage intake of requisitions, review job data, and ensure accurate postings.
- Track and manage requisition/candidate data in ATS (UltiPro/UKG preferred).
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, data integrity, and timely reporting.
- Lead or contribute to process improvement and TA workflow projects.
- Partner with HR colleagues and Shared Services to support candidate and hiring manager needs.
- Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and ensure positive candidate experience.
- Provide staffing updates and ad-hoc recruitment reports.
- Demonstrate alignment with company values, operating principles, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience with HS Diploma/GED).
- Experience:
- 7 years of full-cycle professional services recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting across multiple levels, disciplines, and geographies.
- Proven success with Sales and IT recruitment, senior-level/niche roles.
- Financial Services or Mortgage industry experience preferred.
- Strong project management experience, including process improvement initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of federal/state employment laws.
- Tools/Skills:
- ATS proficiency (UltiPro/UKG a plus).
- Advanced sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage 15–20 requisitions simultaneously.
- Proven headhunting ability (cold calling into competitors).
