Position Overview

We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Servers to join our team. This role involves providing excellent table service, supporting event operations, and ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus or event service options
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver items promptly
• Serve meals, beverages, and special courses according to event style (plated, buffet, or cocktail service)
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Refill beverages, clear tables, and reset service areas as needed
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
  
  

Schedule & Compensation

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule:Majority of shifts are Thursday-Sunday
• Typical shift length: 8 hours
• Evening availability required (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
• Occasional daytime events
  
  

Pay:$16.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience

• Additional tips may be available depending on event type
• Overtime opportunities for large or extended events
