This full-time, on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a polished casual full-service dining experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive profitability while setting a standard for quality service and customer satisfaction. We provide a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with opportunities for professional development and growth in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff to maintain high service standards
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor inventory levels and manage food and beverage costs
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that motivates staff
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to innovate menu offerings
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management and labor costs
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
