Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Lead fundraising efforts and build relationships with investors and banks
- Implement effective financial controls and reporting systems
- Advise on long-term business and financial planning
- Analyze financial data to drive business strategies and operational improvements
- Oversee the finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the restaurant industry
- Proven track record as a Director or Vice President of Finance
