Position Overview
We’re hiring Sales Closers who are confident, motivated, and ready to earn big through performance-based pay. You’ll meet homeowners face-to-face, present our permanent lighting solutions, and close deals on the spot.
Schedule: 4–6 hours per day
Earning Potential: $1,500–$6,000 per week
What You’ll Do
- Conduct neighborhood outreach and speak with homeowners
- Present the product and explain benefits, features, and customization options
- Provide quotes and guide customers through the buying process
- Close deals and earn uncapped commissions
- Track leads and follow up with interested prospects
