Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs, each comprising multiple interdependent projects.
- Develop and execute program strategy, supporting business cases, and comprehensive high-level project plans.
- Ensure successful integration of projects; adjust scope, schedules, and budgets based on evolving business needs.
- Provide timely status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, schedules, resources, and risks.
- Serve as a Scrum Master, enacting Scrum values, practices, and processes while coaching individuals and teams on Agile tools and frameworks.
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize IT opportunities that drive enterprise goals.
- Ensure delivery of all projects within the IT portfolio on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor program progress, track key milestones, and recommend corrective actions to Project Managers.
- Act as a conduit between engineering and deployment teams to embed design considerations that enhance deployment efficiency and sustainability.
- Manage technical service engineering programs to meet broad service and product objectives.
- Establish program milestones, proactively identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple engineering and development teams, ensuring effective coordination.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and IT consultants on program direction, strategy, and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Project Management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience in an Agile environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and Agile coaching.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience as a servant leader, exhibiting agile leadership and team empowerment.
- Adept at influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide initiatives to successful completion.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $42.28 - $50.92 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
