Vendor Manager - US CITIZENS ONLY
Location: Coppell, TX (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Manager to support procurement and supplier management initiatives in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. This role focuses on managing vendor performance, supporting strategic sourcing efforts, and ensuring alignment with contracts, service agreements, and business objectives.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and vendor management experience who enjoys working cross-functionally and driving performance improvements through data and insights.
Contract Duration
Long-term assignment with potential for extension or conversion.
Required Skills
- 3 years of relevant experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain
- Experience managing vendor performance against SLAs, SOWs, and purchase orders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- U.S. Citizenship required
Desired Skills
- Experience with Power BI (PBI) and SQL
- Background in strategic sourcing and commodity management
- Experience building business cases and performance reporting
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and supplier scorecards
- Ability to support complex or strategic procurement initiatives

Daily Responsibilities
- Manage vendor performance in alignment with service agreements, SOWs, and purchase orders
- Track and report KPI performance against defined targets
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and provide actionable insights
- Monitor contract execution and ensure compliance with agreed terms
- Support development of commodity strategies and sourcing initiatives
- Analyze vendor performance, inventory trends, and operational data
- Build business cases to support procurement decisions
- Communicate updates on vendor performance, contracts, and initiatives to leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and business teams
- Support complex or strategic projects as assigned
