Repair Technician (Harware, Mobile or Electronics)

• Experience0–2 years of experience in a technical, repair, or support role
• Exposure to mobile devices, consumer electronics, or basic hardware repair a plus
• Required Skills, Abilities, Licenses, and Certifications
• CompTIA A certification a plus; willingness to pursue certification required
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fundamental knowledge of mobile device and hardware components
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, repair procedures, and Pay Tel systems
• Good organizational habits and attention to detail
• Dependable, self-motivated, and receptive to coaching and feedback
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team under direct supervision
