Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot OAMP/FCAPS, EMS/NMS, and 4G/5G RAN environments.
- Provide Tier-3 support, RCA, and software upgrade support.
- Deploy and maintain virtualized RAN (vCU/vDU) solutions.
- Automate operational tasks using Python/Shell scripting.
- Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and customers to resolve complex network issues.

- OpenStack, ONAP, ETSI MANO
- NETCONF, YANG, REST APIs
- SR-IOV, VirtIO, VMware performance tuning
- Experience with Samsung, Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, or Mavenir
