Hiring: Network Engineer – Feature Tester (4G/5G RAN)

We are looking for a Network Engineer – Feature Tester to support cutting-edge 4G LTE and 5G radio product validation in a lab environment. This is a great opportunity to work on next-generation wireless technologies before they are deployed in live networks.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be part of a radio product testing and validation team, responsible for ensuring new features and technologies meet performance and quality standards before commercial rollout.

You will work in a lab environment, performing feature testing, integration, troubleshooting, and validation of advanced RAN solutions, while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Feature Testing & Validation

• Perform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE and 5G technologies in lab environments
• Validate new features, software, and hardware capabilities before deployment
• Execute Test Object List (TOL) and support product acceptance

Lab & Pre-Commercial Testing

• Conduct proof of concept (POC) testing for next-generation radio technologies
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities including configuration and testing
• Demonstrate new features and system capabilities

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

• Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues in lab and network environments
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address defects and inconsistencies

Collaboration & Stakeholder Interaction

• Act as a point of contact for project teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with development, delivery, and customer teams
• Prepare reports and present results for stakeholder acceptance

Automation (Nice to Have)

• Support automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and speed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in 4G LTE and 5G RAN technologies
• Hands-on experience in lab testing, feature validation, or network integration
• Understanding of RAN architecture, baseband units (BBU), and radio systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and protocol analysis
• Familiarity with 3GPP standards and wireless technologies
• Ability to work in a lab-based testing environment with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with test automation (Python, scripting, or frameworks)
• Exposure to NPI / FOA / pre-commercial testing environments
• Experience working with Tier-1 telecom operators
