Hiring: NOC Technician
Location: Hybrid (Onsite Tue & Thu – Annapolis Junction, MD/Richardson TX)
Schedule: Flexible shifts (40–45 hrs/week)
🔍 Role Overview
Looking for trainable, flexible NOC Technicians to support network monitoring and alarm management for managed networks. Ideal for candidates with NOC or telecom background, but training will be provided.
🕒 Shift Options
- Day: 6 AM – 2 PM
- Swing: 2 PM – 10 PM
- Night: 10 PM – 6 AM
- Workdays: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday (1 weekend day required)
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage network alarms
- Perform fault isolation & escalation
- Create and manage tickets (incident/change management)
- Support network outage and emergency response
- Coordinate with field teams and Tier III support
🎯 Ideal Candidate
- NOC / Telecom / Optical background (preferred)
