Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of field dispatch repair and hands-on hardware experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.), break-fix, use of power tools (e.g., drills), and familiar with the ticketing system.
- Strong hardware break-fix experience.
- Large-format printer experience.
- LaserJet break-fix experience. Able to maintain good customer focus, meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position – reimbursed accordingly).
- Personable, as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments
- Can work on a ladder or lift and are able to lift up to 50lbs
- CompTIA A
- OEM Printer Warranty Certifications
- OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications
- Server experience
- Technician will travel to each client’s location.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer.
- Works under general supervision.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
- Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone.
- Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
