DevSecOps Engineer – Linux & CI/CD

We’re looking for a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, automation, and solving complex technical problems across development and operations environments.
This is not a people-management or traditional software development role. We need someone who has personally built, configured, deployed, and troubleshot DevOps environments and can contribute with minimal ramp-up.
What You Will Be Do
- Build, modify, support, and troubleshoot Azure DevOps/CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot Linux and deployment-related issues
- Containerize applications using Docker
- Support application migration into Kubernetes
- Work with Kubernetes deployments and Helm
- Modify PowerShell, Bash, and Python automation scripts
- Support Azure/Azure Local environments
- Partner closely with development and operations teams
- Research unfamiliar technical issues and independently drive them toward resolution
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on Linux expertise – must have
- Hands-on Azure DevOps experience
- Strong experience building, modifying, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on Docker and application containerization experience
- Strong practical experience with Kubernetes
- Experience deploying and supporting applications in Kubernetes environments
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Strong scripting/automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python
- Experience troubleshooting deployment, infrastructure, pipeline, and container-related issues
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
