- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent IT-related certifications and relevant experience.
- 1 year of experience in a desktop support role.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
- Experience with Active Directory, virtual desktop environments, and IT service management tools.
- Provides on-site desktop support/consulting services and problem resolution.
- Interfaces with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve problems
- Troubleshoots routine to moderately complex desktop problems.
- Completes special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
