Job Title: Onsite Client Services Technician
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite, Monday–Friday)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Services Technician to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a fully onsite role supporting end users both locally and internationally. You will be the primary technical resource at the Austin office, providing hands-on support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices (iPhones, tablets).
- Resolve end-user tickets submitted via calls, ticketing system, or walk-up requests.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, and approved third-party applications (e.g., WebEx).
- Troubleshoot and maintain Dell laptops and Apple devices in a mixed environment (Windows and MacOS).
- Assist with AV issues in Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Utilize tools such as Intune, JAMF, and Azure for device management and log analysis.
- Manage approximately 100–200 tickets daily across a global team of 40 technicians.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and MacOS environments.
- Experience with Dell hardware and Apple devices.
- Familiarity with Intune, JAMF, and Azure navigation and log review.
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—must thrive in a friendly, collaborative culture.
- Ability to work independently as the sole onsite technician.
