About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Coordinator / Analyst to support documentation, recordkeeping, data entry, and administrative processes.
The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, comfortable working with confidential information, and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and categorize documents accurately.
- Cross-reference information across multiple systems.
- Maintain organized records and tracking reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Review data and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Communicate questions or findings to the appropriate supervisor or team member.
- Handle confidential employee information with strict discretion.
- Perform general administrative and data entry tasks.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and basic data analysis as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Basic Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and comparing data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to compare information and identify discrepancies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Overland Park, KS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR, administrative support, or data entry.
- Experience with document review or recordkeeping.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Training will be provided on specific recordkeeping processes.
