As a Military Friendly Employer, we proudly welcome veterans—over 250 have already joined our team.ResponsibilitiesSupport Advanced and Lead Technicians during project execution.Install project-specific components and equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company standards.Assist with the installation and support of coaxial, fiber, Cat 5/6, and other cable types in commercial and residential environments.Safely operate hand and power tools while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Participate in diverse installation projects across various settings, including stadiums, hospitals, schools, office buildings, and multifamily housing.Deliver high-quality work that upholds customer confidence and project success.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of technical experience, or equivalent education and experience.Hands-on experience with project-specific OEMs preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Flexible to work varied shifts and adapt to evolving technologies in public safety and wireless communications.Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and responsibility.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsIndoor and outdoor work in varying conditions (heat, cold, wet, dry, humid).Frequent standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, and ladder use.Regular lifting of equipment up to 50 pounds.Use of PPE to prevent exposure to potentially hazardous materials.Occasional on-call availability for critical systems and maintenance.Standard schedule: First shift, Monday–Friday, with occasional evening, night, or weekend work depending on project needs.TravelApproximately 40–50% travel required to support customer and company needs.AboutDelivers wireless communication, data, and security solutions that improve safety, security, and efficiency nationwide.
