Life Insurance Agent (1099 Independent Contractor)
Location: Remote / Field-Based (Flexible)
Compensation: Commission-Based (1099)
Position Overview
We are an independent life insurance agency partnering with top-rated carriers nationwide to help individuals and families secure the right coverage for their specific needs. We are actively seeking motivated, coachable individuals—with or without prior insurance experience—who are looking for a long-term opportunity in a performance-based environment.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, ideal for individuals who value flexibility, personal accountability, and uncapped income potential.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients who have requested information about life insurance options
- Educate individuals on coverage types and help them select appropriate solutions
- Work with multiple A-rated carriers to find the best fit for each client
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Follow proven systems and processes designed for agent success

Requirements
