Reports to Manager, Supply Chain Solutions & Audit
Nexterus is a supply chain & logistics management firm that helps small and medium companies compete through the power of supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Draft & negotiate pricing documents with LTL & TL carriers
- Help to manage RFP process with carrier partners
- Work collaboratively to manage legacy carrier relations with key external partners
- Maintain carrier metrics & correlating reporting for internal & external partners (carrier partners, sales/account management, operations)
- Continuously source/seek new LTL & TL partners
Requirements
- Proficient in LTL & TL rating structures
- Experience working in logistics (shipper/carrier/3rd party intermediary)
- Proficient in MS Excel, preferred experience in business intelligence/data management tools
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
