A real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Staff Accountant in their Hoboken office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Asset Managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate coding of invoices.
- Support various ad hoc accounting projects as required.
- Process cash receipts using Yardi AR Manager.
- Assist management with special projects and other assigned tasks.
- Resolve discrepancies and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Monitor BillPay notifications and, if necessary, void and reissue payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 1 to 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong technical, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
