- Manage semi-monthly U.S. payroll, including equity and off-cycle payments
- Support international payroll processing as needed
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and tax matters
- Stay current on multi-state payroll reporting and withholding regulations
- Investigate and resolve payroll tax issues
- Assist with payroll audits, reporting requirements, and external surveys
- Contribute to broader HR and payroll initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant payroll experience
- Bachelors degree
- Solid understanding of multi-state withholding requirements and W-2 reconciliation
- Experience processing equity-related payroll transactions
- Familiarity with Workday Payroll preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
