A Private Equity is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Credit Operations Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily investment and fund operations for an investment management firm.
- Assist with operational activities throughout the investment lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve operational matters.
- Maintain and review portfolio, fund, and transaction data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with investment reporting, reconciliations, and related operational deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support business growth.
- Maintain operational controls, procedures, and supporting documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in credit, loan, fund, or investment management operations.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in credit, loan, fund, or investment management operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience coordinating across teams and external partners.
- Proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
