Position Specific Description
This candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring environmental reporting compliance at both Wyman Station in Yarmouth, ME and the Bellingham, MA cogeneration facility. In addition, the candidate will also ensure several key safety requirements are completed as required. This includes but is not limited to; the management of the company hearing program, industrial hygiene program and the Bellingham OSHA VPP program. Work location (Maine or Massachusetts) contingent upon the applicant’s residence with some travel to the other facility required-typically 1-2 days per month.

- Maintains water chemistry Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) program and communicates corrective measures to the site/plant
- Conducts sampling activities as needed by site environmental permitting
- Completes required reporting to local/state/federal agencies
- Conducts routine self-inspections
- Oversees the plant or site safety program as required
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 7 years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 2 years
