Position Specific Description

This role is designed for a results-oriented professional with a strong command of data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to identify and quantify performance drivers, translate complex insights into actionable business strategies, and deliver measurable impact across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Identify and quantify growth opportunities through in-depth analysis of sales performances, diagnose conversion barriers, optimize fraud rule configurations to protect good enrollments, and ensure sales tracking and attribution are accurately structured

Translating data into actionable strategies that directly influence conversion rates, channel efficiency, and sustainable sales growth.

Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand existing rules, regulations, and operational guardrails. Identifying gaps and untapped opportunities that can be leveraged to improve conversion rates and overall sales channel performance.

Develop and maintain comprehensive sales KPI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into channel performance, enabling proactive identification of trends, early warning indicators, and data-driven course corrections before issues impact results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

5 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, strategy, operations, consulting, or project management.

Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate insights into actionable business solutions.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI strongly preferred).

Experience with AI tools and workflow optimization.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable performance improvements.

Strategic thinker with the ability to connect data insights to operational and customer-experience outcomes.

Self-starter who takes ownership of initiatives and drives them forward with minimal direction.

Natural curiosity and a passion for understanding what the data reveals about business performance and customer behavior.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations
  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects
  • Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement
  • Directs, mentors and coaches lower level analysts
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 7 years
