We are looking for a Select Solder Operator for our WEEKEND shift.
Duties/Requirements
- Operate electromechanical solder equipment used in the assembly of electronic circuit boards in a manufacturing environment.
- Program machines as required to perform soldering applications to IPC-A-610 acceptability standards
- Monitor the assembly process and make any corrective actions to ensure target defect goals
- Soldering knowledge and skills required
- Working knowledge of component identification
- Must be able to use a microscope
- Able to work well with others and follow written instructions
- Able to work overtime when required
Skills/Experience/Education/Training Required
- Min. two (2) years' experience in electronics manufacturing environment
- IPC 610 / J-STD 001 Certification preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- US Citizenship required.
