Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of network integration and optimization projects.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and support for wireless network infrastructure.
- Participate in integration services, software upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Conduct site audits and apply software updates to ensure compliance with standards.
- Execute drive testing and analyze performance metrics such as signal strength and coverage.
- Support validation and troubleshooting of e911 call functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network improvements.
- Document technical findings, resolutions, and procedures in internal systems.
- Provide support to junior technicians and assist in field training as needed.
- Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in wireless construction, network engineering, or RF systems.
- Working knowledge of wireless technologies, RAN systems, and carrier-specific platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with wireless integration and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with e911 systems and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software network issues.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of cellular networks and infrastructure.
- Intermediate troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to interpret drive test data and contribute to optimization efforts.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

Work Environment / Physical Demands / Travel
- Office and field-based work, including visits to network sites.
- Fieldwork may involve outdoor conditions and use of safety equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds; frequent standing, bending, and climbing.
- Up to 50% travel required for site visits, drive testing, and integration support.
