In this role, the candidate will work directly with the team to support staff, organize, direct, coordinate and control service activities to achieve outstanding customer service & brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have previous HVAC Technical experience, high-energy, and be an effective communicator. - Responsible for full financial for operations
- Review company reports such as PMs, CINB, SLA and P&L and share with team
- Take calls for customer escalation issues & being able to provide a solution
- Ensure company goals are met monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Manage all Service-Level Agreements (SLA) with current/new clients
- Recruit, hire, and develop service operations team
- Develop training plan for service support team
- Delivery of goals and metrics for assigned group
- Evaluate and perform annual reviews
- Identify and communicate where improvements can be utilized
- Quality assurance on all work performed at customer facilities
- Cover in absence of the next level managers
- Create, communicate, and send weekly activity schedule to VP of Operations
- 7 years of Management experience for an HVAC contracting business or building-related services company
- Have an HVAC/R Technical Background
- Understanding of the principles of quality management with respect to effective communication
- Experience with management and conflict resolution
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to very fast-paced environment and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Advanced Microsoft Office and computer literacy
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
