Sr Designer

Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Designer to support the development and execution of large-scale event and campaign creative initiatives. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing high-level creative concepting with hands-on production work.

The Senior Designer will lead the creation of visually compelling event branding systems and marketing collateral across print and digital channels. The ideal candidate brings strong conceptual thinking, exceptional execution skills, and experience delivering polished creative assets under tight deadlines while maintaining brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.

This is an onsite position based in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of creative concepts, visual themes, and scalable design systems for events and marketing campaigns Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions across print, presentation, and digital formats Design and produce event-related materials including invitations, signage systems, presentation decks, email graphics, and event visuals Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards, technical requirements, and production specifications Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, production, and creative stakeholders Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and priorities Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining creative quality and consistency Deliver high-quality creative work in a deadline-driven environment, including fast-turn and rush projects

Required Skills

6 years of professional graphic design experience within event marketing, experiential design, agency, or in-house creative environments Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design work, campaign creative, and event-related deliverables Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Strong presentation design capabilities in PowerPoint and/or Keynote Experience designing for both print and digital formats Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced creative environment Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality execution

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale corporate events, conferences, or experiential campaigns Familiarity with print production specifications and event collateral production workflows Experience partnering with cross-functional marketing and operations teams Exposure to project management or workflow management tools Proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality creative assets while meeting aggressive deadlines
