Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across the organizat
- ion.Configure, deploy, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related hardw
- are.Assist with workstation setup, software installation, and end-user onboard
- ing.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity iss
- ues.Support server and network infrastructure through installation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting activit
- ies.Manage and resolve help desk requests in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer serv
- ice.Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvem
- ent.Assist with software updates, hardware upgrades, and technology refresh initiati
- ves.Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support materi
- als.Train end users on software, systems, and technology best practi
- ces.Stay current on emerging technologies, security practices, and IT support trends.
Required Skills
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional exper
- ience.12 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar technical
- role.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abil
- ities.Experience supporting Windows-based environ
- ments.Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and cloud-based technol
- ogies.Understanding of networking fundamentals, system administration, and endpoint su
- pport.Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical
- users.Strong organizational skills and attention to d
- etail.Excellent interpersonal and customer service s
- kills.Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Windows Server envir
- onments.Exposure to virtualization technologies and virtual desktop envir
- onments.Basic scripting knowledge, including PowerShell
- or SQL.Experience supporting ERP, EDI, backup, or disaster recovery
- systems.Familiarity with database administration and system security best pr
- actices.Experience documenting processes and tracking system performancemetrics.
