What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mission Systems Trainer position at NexTech Solutions LLC?
The Opportunity
Develops, manages, and delivers SOF training programs. Leads curriculum development, instructional delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with engineers and SMEs to align training with system configurations and mission requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design/develop curriculum
- Create operator/maintainer documentation
- Manage training schedules
- Deliver instruction
- Coordinate with engineering teams
- Support integration test planning
- Conduct evaluations
- Maintain alignment with mission requirements.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Must have an active TS/SCI
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the U.S., as sponsorship is not available at this time
Education
- Associates Degree Required , Bachelors Degree preferred
- Security CE
Required Skills, Experience & Abilities
- 3 years’ Experience delivering technical training
Preferred Qualifications
- Instructional Design Certification
- SOF/Join/Multi-agency training experience

- Work may occasionally be performed in secure government facilities, requiring adherence to security protocols.
