Become a Key Player as a ServiceNow HRSD Product Analyst
As a ServiceNow HRSD Product Analyst, you will support run-the-business (RTB) activities and projects that improve employee workflows and HR service delivery. You will collaborate with HR COEs and technical teams to translate business needs into functional ServiceNow solutions, impacting Payroll, Benefits, Equity, Global Mobility and other HR stakeholders. This is a Hybrid role (2 days onsite in San Jose, CA) where you'll balance hands-on configuration and stakeholder-facing analysis.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Co-lead discovery with HR COEs to map current vs target journeys, intake, and SLAs; rationalize services to a single COE
- Co-author PRDs, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria
- Design service components (catalog items/record producers, case/task templates, SLAs, notifications, Quick Messages, workspace layouts)
- Build and optimize routing models (queues, skills, schedules, capacity, overflow logic) and remove double-routing
- Write functional specs for HRSD and HR Agent Workspace (UI Builder pages, record headers, side panels, related lists)
- Partner on integrations (Workday/Payroll/Equity/Identity): field mappings, source-of-truth, error handling, observability
- Author ATF test cases for critical paths; define Instance Scan rules; support UAT by persona and accessibility checks
- Support reporting and dashboard creation and maintenance; support UAT and hypercare
- Operate in CI/CD: maintain update set/source control hygiene; maintain RAID/logs
- Manage business stakeholder communications for RTB and project requirements; rationalize business requirements into technical requirements
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- ServiceNow System Admin certification (must)
- Hands-on experience in HRSD configurations (must)
- 4 years Product/Business Analysis experience with 2 years in ServiceNow HRSD
- Strong HRSD architecture knowledge and ability to write precise requirements, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience using Jira
