Become a Key Player as a Product Support Coordinator B
You will support daily product and stockroom operations to ensure parts and materials are available for production and shipping. You will work with the team on the shop floor and coordinate with receiving, shipping, and inventory stakeholders to maintain accurate stock levels. This is an onsite position on the first shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) in the Pacific Time zone.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform product support duties in raw stocks, parts identification, shipping, receiving, and stock handling following defined procedures
- Operate stockroom and parts handling processes to maintain inventory accuracy and flow
- Use computer terminals to record transactions and updates
- Operate or assist with moving equipment and automated packaging equipment as required
- Maintain clean operations and follow OSHA and safety qualifications
- Lift and move parts/materials (may be required up to 50 pounds)
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- At least one year of product support or related experience, or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of computer terminal operations
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to read and understand related forms and specifications
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to meet OSHA safety qualifications and operate moving equipment when required
Pay Range
$19.00 - $21.00/hour
