Become a Key Player as a Pricing Operations Analyst
As a Pricing Operations Analyst, you will drive operational execution for pricing and product lifecycle decisions that support the client’s international expansion and third-party pricing integrations. You will influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead process definition, documentation, and project delivery. Work model: Hybrid — minimum three days onsite per week in San Jose.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Lead operational aspects of the product lifecycle in emerging markets, including SKU creation, pricing, and approvals for strategy and pricing requests.
- Lead third-party pricing integration between the client and mobile app stores.
- Define and manage release processes to deploy new system capabilities.
- Document processes and tools to support international expansion, FX handling, and third-party app store pricing.
- Plan and drive projects using Workfront and Power BI, including milestones and progress tracking.
- Communicate and coordinate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to align on strategy, plans, and impacts.
- Manage projects, build repeatable processes, and remove barriers to execution.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 5 years in an operational role with proven project prioritization and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Excel development experience (VBA noted as a plus).
- Proficiency with Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Experience with process analysis, auditing, and driving process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; resilience and accuracy.

- Experience creating training documentation or curriculum.
- Strong Visual Basic (VBA) and advanced Excel development skills.
Pay Range
$45.07 - $56.34/hour
