Become a Key Player as a Pricing Operations Analyst

As a Pricing Operations Analyst, you will support pricing execution and SKU creation while building scalable processes that influence key business decisions. You’ll partner with product operations, revenue accounting, sales, legal, and customer care to remove barriers and improve operational efficiency. Work model: Hybrid, at least 3 days onsite in San Jose, CA or Lehi, UT. This is a 6-month contract with a 30-day probationary period.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

• Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for the internal Pricing Hub system implementation.
• Coordinate operational aspects of the Digital Media product lifecycle, including SKU creation and pricing, and facilitate approvals for business strategy and pricing requests.
• Perform audits aligned to the standard launch process.
• Plan and drive projects using Workfront, set milestones, and track progress to meet goals and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with upstream/downstream stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy, plans, and impacts.
• Document cross-functional process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate creation and maintenance of system and process documentation.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and auditing of SKU and pricing files to support product launches.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 5 years in an operational role managing and prioritizing projects with accuracy and diligence.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to drive processes and consistently meet established milestones in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to research issues, identify root causes, and propose resolutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and auditing experience.
• Process analysis skills to identify optimization opportunities, design solutions, and create implementation plans.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong Visual Basic (VBA) and advanced Excel development skills.

Pay Range

$51.70 - $64.63/hour
