You will join the production team to assemble and test components, ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards. Your work directly supports manufacturing outputs and collaborates with supervision, teammates, and tooling/maintenance stakeholders. This is an onsite, 2nd shift role (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, 5x8 evenings).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team- Perform a variety of approved assembly techniques and complex assembly/test functions with minimal supervision
- Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions
- Operate testing equipment, verify calibration, and conduct test audits
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling and make adjustments to correct non-conforming assemblies
- Work closely with supervision and team members to meet production requirements and ensure tooling and hardware availability
- Assist or instruct others in daily activities and maintain proficiency on new assignments
- Maintain organized, clean, and FOD-free work areas while following safety rules
- High school diploma or GED
- US person status
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a participative team member
- Able to work the specified 2nd shift schedule (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM)
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
$18.20 - $22.75/hour
