Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing (Asst. DON) to support daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care. This role requires strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and hands-on nursing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct supervisory visits every two (2) weeks
- Participate in on-call rotation with DON and other nursing staff
- Perform regular patient visits as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) with daily operations
- Support staff orientation and training
- Complete admissions, recertifications, and discharges
- Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient workflow and quality care
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse License
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership nursing role preferred
- Experience with Kinnser/WellSky required
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams
- Strong knowledge of compliance and home health regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to report to the office as required
- Must have reliable transportation
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
