Production/Warehouse Worker

Job Summary: NextBeam is currently seeking a professional, hard-working, reliable, and full-time Production Operator to join our team. The North Sioux City (NSC) Production Operator has day-to-day responsibility for moving products to and from locations utilizing forklifts, and processing customer orders in alignment with customer specifications. This position is critical to the operation to ensure we fulfill customer orders on time and in the condition requested, with the highest level of quality. We will provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Essential Duties:

• Safely operate the EBeam equipment.
• Safely load and unload boxes of product from pallets according to predefined instructions.
• Safely move product to and from locations utilizing powered and manual material handling equipment.
• Wear required PPE for the assigned jobs and/or assigned job work centers.
• Maintain a clean work environment, including storage slots, staging areas, and work centers.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 plus years of experience with an array of material handling equipment, forklift, pallet jack, lift gates, etc.
• Experience with warehouse/distribution software applications on desk and handheld devices.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time (and/or sit depending on assignment).
• Ability to operate safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass Operator exam after two months of on-the-job training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.75 per hour
