What You’ll Do
As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing a variety of complex administrative functions for management and external partners.
- Managing calendars, coordinating travel, and processing business expenses.
- Coordinating meetings and events, as well as supporting department financial, personnel, and facility operations.
- Serving as the main point of contact for the department and providing general office support.
- Assisting with special projects as needed.
Education: A college degree is preferred but not required.
- 2 years of experience managing calendars in Outlook.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook).
- 2 years of experience with headcount tracking and team support.
- Prior Microsoft experience is required (ideally 2 years). Experience at larger companies like Microsoft, Google, etc. is strongly preferred.
- Background in sales or customer service is a plus, demonstrating strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Washington State salary range: $45,000 – $70,000 annually.
- Actual offers will vary based on experience, education, key skills, and other business considerations.
