Key Responsibilities
- Operate machines with limited supervision
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Perform basic machine adjustments and multiple operations
- Ensure product quality and continuous workflow
- Use M2M and internal documentation systems
- Assist engineers with testing and samples as needed
- Train and support other operators when required
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months manufacturing experience
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Vision correctable to 20/20 (no contact lenses allowed)
- Ability to use a microscope for extended periods
Physical Requirements
- Lift 25–50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive hand motions
- Frequent microscope use
Work Schedule & Environment
- Must work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Manufacturing and clean room environment
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and chemicals
