Competitive Pay
Registered Nurse (RN): $44–$58 per hour
Pay is based on experience, shift, facility, assignment, and contract terms. Higher rates may be available for nights, weekends, holidays, or hard-to-fill locations.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
- Complete nursing assessments and monitor resident health.
- Administer medications, IV therapy (where applicable), and physician-ordered treatments.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition.
- Maintain accurate electronic and written medical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Iowa nursing regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or nursing home experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
