What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while building relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding quickly to internet and phone leads
- Greeting and assisting customers at the dealership
- Following up with prospective customers
- Demonstrating and test-driving vehicles
- Learning our inventory and available vehicle features
- Working with management and finance to complete sales
- Maintaining relationships with previous customers
- Asking for referrals and repeat business
- Using our CRM to manage leads and follow-up
- Consistently working toward individual and dealership sales goals

Previous automotive, retail, restaurant, hospitality, wireless, furniture, insurance, or other customer-facing sales experience can be helpful, but it is not required.
