We're hiring energetic, reliable Dock Hands for the 2026 season (May–September) at Diversey Harbor in Chicago. If you love being outdoors, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this is the perfect opportunity—great for students or anyone looking for a rewarding summer position.
What You’ll Do
- Greet renters with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Provide clear safety briefings and jet ski operation instructions
- Assist with launching, docking, and securing jet skis
- Clean and refuel the fleet
- Keep the dock area organized, clean, and safe
- Assist with social media content
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Comfortable with long shifts (10–12 hours) during peak season
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy outdoor environment
- Boating or jet ski experience is a plus, but not required (we train!)
