Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Closing Officer based in Jupiter, FL. The Closing Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the closing process, including opening new files, reviewing title commitments, preparing closing documents, preparing disbursements and providing post closing services . Duties will also include working closely with clients to provide a seamless closing experience, communicating with lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to address any concerns, and ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Escrow and a solid understanding of the closing process
- Experience with Customer Service and the ability to provide exceptional client support
- Knowledge of Finance and financial documentation used during closings
- Familiarity with Title Insurance and ability to review and resolve matters disclosed on the title commitment
- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a title agency or related industry preferred
- Title Agent License is a plus
