next up is a high paced, family, friendly sports bar looking for experienced & passionate servers who have a strong knowledge of drink making And customer service. We are looking for part time or full time employees. hourly tips, flexible schedule, great team environment, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience, providing recommendations and answering questions about drinks and menu items.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and cash handling while maintaining efficiency during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while managing multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management skills.
• Restock supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering or banquet events to deliver seamless service.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a server in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
• Experience in retail math, basic math skills, cash handling, cashiering, and food industry standards to accurately manage transactions.
• Familiarity with beverage brewing processes or hospitality operations enhances your ability to serve diverse clientele effectively.
